• Navy Museum
The Peruvian Navy Museum "Capitán de Navío
Julio J. Elías Murguía", was officially
inaugurated in 1958. It treasures an important collection
of oil paintings, photographs, jewels, navigational instruments
and weapons all of which constitute a part of the maritime
history of Peru.
There are also kept the most cherished relics which belonged
to the Peruvian naval heroes, among which can be seen items
from the uniform and menagerie from the Peruvian most important
hero from the war against Chile, Admiral Miguel Grau, known
as the "Caballero de los Mares" or "Gentleman
of the Seas", as well as navigating charts, personal
letters and the medals he attained. In these premises is also
preserved a sarcophagus containing a fragment of his shinbone,
the only remain of the hero that could be retrieved after
the death that met him during the Combate de Angamos Naval
Battle.
There are also to be seen scale models from ships from all
around the world and multimedia expositions for a better understanding.

• Museum of the Submarine Force
Depicts the historical evolution of the Peruvian submarine
force since the year of 1912 to the present days.
Location: The Base Naval del Callao Naval Base, La Punta,
Callao.

• Museum of the Navy Air Force
Exhibits a collection of scale models of airplanes,
which show the evolutionary process of this constituting part
of the Navy.
• Memorial Museum Coronel Leoncio
Prado
A display of the personal belongings from the Peruvian
hero who got himself immolated during the War of the Pacific.
